Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the signed proposal, completed work, third-party expenses and the stage of the project at the time of cancellation.
Cancellation requests
Requests should be submitted in writing. We will review completed milestones, committed resources and non-refundable third-party costs before confirming any eligible amount.
Approved refunds
If a refund is approved, its amount and expected processing timeline will be communicated in writing. Bank and payment-provider processing times may apply.
Third-party charges
Domain, hosting, advertising, app-store, messaging, gateway and other third-party fees are subject to the respective provider’s policy and may be non-refundable.
